This device is designed to connect the control unit to the loader software 'on the table' and switching supply voltages and GPT1, GPT2, and the formation of signals of BOOT, CNF1. Working in automatic mode with the loader CombiLoader, and in manual mode, any bootloader which is 'the logic manual'.
Complete only the device without cables. Cables, see tab, 'Companion'.
The device is equipped with three switches, to enable operation in different modes.
Switch – GPT.
When enabled, this mode switching signal lines 7 and 15 of the DiaLink connector to DB-15 female connector(GPT1 and GPT2) and at the same time a voltage is removed from the DiaLink connector. Used when reading the password in GPT mode. In the off state, the signal line 7 and 15 displayed on the DB-15 female connector(K-line and L-line), and the lines GPT1 and GPT2 obestochivaete.
Switch - POWER, power management. The device has three modes of supplying power to the ECU:
OFF, off, allows you to take all the supply and control signals connector DB-15.
MANUAL, included, provides power to terminals VECU and VKEY, and control outputs depending on the selected tactics work switch BOOT.
AUTO, automatic control in this mode, the power management makes the loader CombiLoader.
Switch BOOT, simultaneous control signals BOOT and CNF1 (3.3 volts):
OFF, off, allows you to remove all of the control signals connector DB-15.
MANUAL included, tightens the BOOT to the signal red, and CNF1 to +3.3 volts.
AUTO, automated operation, in this mode, the synchronous control signals produced by the loader.
The device has a built-in current-limiting resistors on signal lines:
RESET– 5.1 KOhm ( for st10 )
BOOT – 510 Ohm
CNF1 – 510 Ohm
CAN – 120 Ohm
The device is equipped with connectors for connecting peripherals.
DC connector designed to power the integrated circuit device and connected to the ECU. Recommended to use only quality power supplies with output voltage of 12 volts. When reading a password, when that is impossible by car, you need to consider that high-voltage converters in the ECU when you start to consume a sufficiently large current that may lead to protection or even damage the power supply.
J2534 connector for the same name of the interface with the OBD-II connector. The connector has the following wiring diagram:
DB-15 connector for connecting to the ECU. It is recommended to use cable with a DB15 - PIN. The connector has the following wiring diagram:
1 RESET BROWN
2 VPP PURPLE
3 GPT2 ORANGE
4 CNF1 BLUE
5 VECU RED
7 CAN-H WHITE
9 VKEY ORANGE
10 BOOT GRAY
11 GND BLACK
12 GPT1 YELLOW/ RED
14 K-LINE YELLOW
15 CAN-L GREEN
GPT led indicator to indicate activation of the eponymous mode.
Led indicators VECU, VKEY specifies a voltage VECU, and VKEY.
12V led indicator indicates the presence of supply voltage.
Led BOOT indicator indicates the presence of CNF1 and suspenders to BOOT.
