In July 2020, LAUNCH updated its CNC-603A injector testing and ultrasonic cleaning bench.
CNC-603A 2.0 is an improved modification of the previous version, which has been modified taking into account all the design and technical comments of users.
The bench is suitable for working with a wide range of gasoline injectors of various types, both top and side feed, but it is not intended for testing diesel injectors.
Constructive 2-in-1: built-in quick-detachable ultrasonic bath saves working space.
New front panel: waterproof design, color digital display, multifunctional rotary knob for menu navigation, analog pressure gauge.
Capabilities:
Test and clean up to six injectors simultaneously
Modeling the real parameters of the engine in accordance with the features of a specific engine control system
Simulation of various dynamic modes of engine operation
The design of the fuel rail allows you to work with various types of injectors - both with top and side fuel supply
Automatic current control depending on the specific winding resistance, no need to set the operating voltage of the injector (3 / 12V)
Fluorescent illumination of volumetric flasks - additional convenience for evaluating test results
Automated drainage of the test fluid into the storage tank at the push of a single Drain button
Adapters for testing most mechanical and electromagnetic top feed injectors in the basic kit
Features:
Designed for testing and cleaning passenger car injectors
Integral 2-in-1 solution:
Main unit with 6 volumetric flasks made of impact-resistant glass
Quick-detachable ultrasonic bath
