PCMFlash 1.4.9 Released: New Marelli Module and Expanded ECU Support

The developer has released the new PCMFlash 1.4.9 version. The update introduces the new Module 101 “Marelli ECUs for Chinese Vehicles — Service Mode” and expands ECU support for vehicles from China, Nissan, Mazda and Jetour.

The new version also improves support for several existing ECUs, fixes issues introduced in version 1.4.8 and includes additional improvements to PCMFlash modules.

New Module 101 — Marelli ECUs for Chinese Vehicles

The main addition in PCMFlash 1.4.9 is Module 101, designed for service-mode operation with Marelli 11GC/11GDB ECUs installed in vehicles for the Chinese market.

The module supports:

• FLASH reading;
• FLASH writing;
• FLASH checksum verification;
• FLASH checksum correction;
• external EEPROM reading;
• external EEPROM writing.

External EEPROM operations are performed on the bench.

Module 42 “Denso SH705X ECU Service Mode” now includes an additional EEPROM reading method for Mazda vehicles equipped with the Z6 engine.

This expands EEPROM service capabilities for the supported control units.

Module 51 “Chinese Vehicle ECUs” now supports the MT22.3 ECU used in Yema vehicles.
